PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency amplifier having high linearity, easy to integrate and resistant to a variation in a transistor characteristic due to a process variation. SOLUTION: This high-frequency amplifier has a bias circuit to bias an amplifying element for amplifying a high frequency. The bias circuit includes a feed back circuit, in which a circuit with a low pass characteristic and having capacity having grounded one end is inserted into a feedback group of its feedback circuit.
