PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive a result by automatically downloading a program dependent on an OS from a server to a client to operate the program without operating the program on a browser and automatically executing the program dependent on an OS without operating the program on a WWW server of the server side. SOLUTION: A computer includes a property file 4 for registering information for downloading a program from the server 11 side, a program A for downloading a program B from the server 11 side on the basis of the property file 4, executing processing, and receiving and outputting the result to operate on a browser 2, and the program B downloaded from the server 11 side by the program A to start to operate on a client 1, executing processing instructed from the program A, responding the result and operating on the client 1 without operating on the browser 2.
