PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely transmit force applied to a grip outer layer to a grip inner layer while maintaining elasticity by elastic layers. SOLUTION: The grip of tools has: a grip inner layer 2 forming an inner peripheral cylinder; a grip outer layer 3 forming a grip outer peripheral surface; and the elastic layers 4 arranged between the grip inner layer 2 and the grip outer layer 3 and allowing grip elastic deformation of the grip outer layer 3. Main cross-link parts 5 and sub cross-link parts 6 connecting the grip inner layer 2 and the grip outer layer 3 are formed in a grip peripheral direction at intervals, and the elastic layers 4 are formed between the cross-link parts 5 and 6, respectively. The sub cross-link parts 6 are formed, having an almost circular arc shape cross section in which intermediate parts 6b are deviated from both end parts 6a connected to the grip inner layer 2 and the grip outer layer 3 in the grip peripheral direction.
