<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insurance sale support system capable of supporting sales of insurance. <P>SOLUTION: A customer 15 wanting purchase of insurance inputs registration information, such as a user name and password, in accordance with a display screen and transmits the registration information to an insurance sale support server 12 as customer identification data together with access request data (CS2).
