PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly improve airtightness when the length of an air intake passage is changed by a passage length changing section in a simple configuration. SOLUTION: Each valve 40 forming the passage length changing section 18 is rotatably supported by an intake manifold 14 through a shaft 38 connected to one end and is provided with a seal member 50 formed of elastic material for covering the other end and both sides of the valve 40. Seal is ensured by abutting the first seal portion 50a of the seal member 50 on the inner wall surface of the air intake passage 16, and also seal is ensured by abutment of the second seal portion 50b of the seal member 50 on the inside wall surfaces 30a, 30b of the air intake passage 16.
