<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting element mounting board that uses a high-reflexibility ceramic sintered compact with high light reflectance at its visible light region on a substrate surface, which forms a low-resistivity metal-made conductor layer by the post fire method. <P>SOLUTION: The light-emitting element mounting board includes a substrate made of a ceramic sintered compact made by calcining a mixture having been made from raw material powder and an organic binder, wherein the raw material powder contains a ceramic material and a scatterer that accelerates dispersion of light of the visible light region inside the ceramic sintered compact, the ceramic material contains a boro-silicated glass material and alumina, the scatterer is at least one chosen from niobium pentoxide, zirconium oxide, tantalum pentoxide, and zinc oxide, and the light-emitting element mounting board includes a conductor layer that is formed after the ceramic sintered compact has been calcined onto its surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
