<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptical device capable of easily removing air bubbles from an interface between an electrooptical panel and a polarizing plate. <P>SOLUTION: The electrooptical device comprises: the electrooptical panel 7 which displays an image on a display area 85 of a display surface 14; and the polarizing plate 51 attached to at least the display surface 14 side of the electrooptical panel 7, wherein in the polarizing plate 51, a plurality of through-holes 18 which penetrate the polarizing plate 51 in the thickness direction of the polarizing plate 51 are formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
