PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system effectively utilizing heat by a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The air conditioning system is equipped with: a heat pump 2 being a heat source; a heat storage tank 4 installed in an underfloor space 13 to relay a heat conveyance fluid from the heat pump 2; and a non-living room radiator 3 installed in a non-living room 12 of the unit building 1. The heat conveyance fluid is connected such that it is returned to the heat pump 2 after passing through the heat storage tank 4 and passing through the non-living room radiator 3.
