PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin case which prevents the breakage of a rib when a substrate is mounted or demounted from a direction perpendicular to a chassis of the resin case, and can easily demount the substrate without a space where a hand enters into the resin case, and can be miniaturized and simplified, and to provide a motor controller equipped with the same. SOLUTION: In order to mount the substrate 6 on a chassis 2, a resin case 1 has: support ribs 3 and 3' which are disposed so as to project perpendicularly at both ends on the chassis 2; a hook part 4 which is provided at the tip of one rib 3 of the support rib 3 or 3' provided at both ends on the chassis 2 so as to project parallel with the chassis 2, and hooks and holds one end of the substrate 6; hold ribs 5 and 5' which are projected from the lower part of the chassis 2 so as to push and support the substrate 6 from the lower part of the substrate, and are provided inside the support ribs, which are located at both ends of the chassis, respectively; and a hole part 7 for demounting the substrate, which is punched between the support ribs 3 with the hook part 4 in the chassis 2 and the hold ribs 5.
