PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of regulating easily a visible image distortion. SOLUTION: This image forming device 1 includes a laser beam source 10, a deflection mirror 20 for reflecting an emission light 11 emitted from the laser beam source 10, a plane transmission type screen 30 projected with a reflected light reflected by the deflection mirror 20 and for forming an actual image, a concave mirror 40 arranged on an optical path from the transmission type screen 30 to a driver of a vehicle, and a Fresnel lens 50. The transmission type screen 30 is arranged to have an inclination of a direction same to an inclination direction of the deflection mirror 20 with respect to the second optical path 81, and the concave mirror 40 is arranged to have an inclination of a direction same to an inclination direction of the transmission type screen 30 with respect to the optical path of a light incident from the transmission type screen 30 into the concave mirror 40.
