PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner and a two-component developer that can obtain print images of high quality causing no lack of image density nor fogging nor toner scattering even if printing a large number of (e.g., 200,000) sheets in a low-temperature and low-humidity (e.g. 10°C and 20%RH) or high-temperature and high-humidity (e.g. 30°C and 80%RH) environment using a silicone resin covered carrier of low charge applying capacity. SOLUTION: The toner is formed by coagulating and fusing resin particles containing at least a mold releasing agent and a resin, and a colorant resin, wherein the glass transition point of the toner is 20-45°C while a median diameter (D50) in the volume reference of the toner particles is 3.0-8.5μm, and the amount of charge control agent stuck to the surface of the toner particles is 0.05-0.50 mass% to the whole amount of toner.
