LICENSE MANAGEMENT DEVICE, LICENSE MANAGEMENT METHOD, LICENSE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM, AND LICENSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a license management device which facilitates management of a license for a user by presenting a candidate of a device which allows a user to continue use of a license beforehand.

SOLUTION: The license management device comprises steps of: judging whether there is a license having expiration date of license less than a predetermined period (step S4); checking the remaining number of licenses when the expiration date of the license has expired when it is judged there is the license having expiration date less than the predetermined period (step S5); comparing the number of license use with the remaining number of licenses when expiration date of the license has expired (step S7); judging next whether there is a setting of use candidate of the license when the number of license use is over the remaining numbers of licenses when expiration date of license of has expired (step S8); and executing a setting process of the license use candidate when there is no setting of use candidate of the license (step S9).
