MAGNETIC DISK MANUFACTURE ASSISTANCE METHOD AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING MAGNETIC DISK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic disk manufacture assistance method capable of improving yield of a magnetic disk by preventing adhesion of dust and a foreign matter to a glass substrate just before putting in a clean room and forming a magnetic layer on the glass substrate which is not contaminated by particles and to provide a manufacturing method of a magnetic disk.

SOLUTION: The magnetic disk manufacture assistance method for assisting manufacture of the magnetic disk manufactured from the glass substrate 100 for the magnetic disk doubly packed by using first and second packing bags includes: a first opening step of opening the first packing bag 210 in a first room 310; a second opening step of opening the second packing bag 220 in a second room 320; and a carrying step of carrying the glass substrate for the magnetic disk in the clean room 330. In the first and the second opening steps, an air flow is made to flow from the second room to the first room.
