PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain improvement in reliability and productivity by surely and efficiently mounting a masking member preventing the treatment liquid from being intruded into a bearing section in anodic oxidation treatment of a movable scroll member. SOLUTION: This invention provides a fluid machine constituted so that when mounting the masking member 60 to a bearing boss section 43 of a movable scroll member 3, and forming a film by the anodic oxidation treatment, the masking member 60 is mounted while the internal pressure of the space enclosed by the masking member is made lower than an external pressure, thereby the masking member is prevented from being fallen down even in a high temperature process to ensure high productivity.
