PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve working loads related to the inspection of the state of wear of a collector pin or to prevent large-scaled repair caused by the delay of replacement of the collector pin and malfunction such as the stop of operation of a game device. SOLUTION: The power collector 60 receives power fed from a power feeding plate 6 by sliding a plurality of collector pins 61 in contact on the power feeding plate 6, laid within a surface parallel to a prescribed running surface 7s. At least a specific pin 61b, one of the collector pins 61, is configured to have a contact failure with the power feeding plate 6 earlier than the other general pins 61a because of the wear caused by the sliding in contact on the power feeding plate 6. Alternatively, the power collector 60 has an additional detection pin 61c which is positioned not to be in contact with the power feeding plate 6 in the initial state but to be in contact with the power feeding plate 6 when the collector pins 61 become shorter than a prescribed length with the wear caused by the sliding in contact on the power feeding plate 6.
