<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which is capable of treating a VOC containing gas at a low cost by stabilizing a burning temperature in the post-treatment combustion apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The organic solvent containing gas treatment system is provided with a condensation device which discharges a desorbed gas condensed by rotating a tubular adsorbent around its tubular axis, adsorbing an organic solvent in the gas containing the volatile organic solvent with a low concentration to the adsorbent passing through an adsorption part and blowing an air for desorption to the adsorbent that adsorbed the organic solvent passing through a desorption part, a combustion device for burning the desorbed gas, an adsorption part for a part of the desorbed gas-combustion device returning passageway, and a combustion device supplying passageway for the remaining part of the desorbed gas. The exit of the desorption part is divided into an area which guides the desorbed gas with a low temperature to the adsorption part-combustion device returning passageway and an area which guides the desorbed gas with a high temperature to the combustion device supplying passageway. Also a means to detect the change of the combustion state is installed. Thus, the amount of gas supplied to the combustion device in the adsorption part-combustion device returning passageway is controlled and the concentration of the organic solvent introduced to the combustion device is controlled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
