<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display method to allow a user to easily search a desired image even in a state in which mass images are efficiently disposed on a screen. <P>SOLUTION: A table provided in accordance with display positions on a screen is allocated indexes, and data indicating an unexposed part at each of the display positions are stored. Focal position information is acquired from Exif header information on image data, and the table at which no image data are registered is searched in an ascending order of the indexes. If data are not registered, the unexposed part held in the table is compared with a focal position of the image and if they are different, the relevant image data are registered in the table and if they are identical, similar processing is performed upon the table of the next index. According to the table, the images are arranged and displayed so that the focal position of each image differs from the unexposed part at the display position of the image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
