PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotatable plug cooperating with a converter with durability and safety. SOLUTION: The rotatable plug includes: a lower case 102 having two through-holes 1023, two plug-housing slots with one end each open, and two openings 1028 formed between the plug-housing slots; a plug with longer end parts inserted into the through-holes of the lower case, and with the longer end parts of the plug housed in the plug-housing slots of the lower case in case the plug is rotated to its hidden position; a locking member arranged on the lower case and equipped with two hook locks formed on the lower surface; a fixing member equipped with two mold clamping tools formed on the lower surface for fastening the plug; and a converter locked by the hook locks of the locking member.
