PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce man-hours for creating a thick shape in creating a cutting plane. SOLUTION: In the three-dimensional CAD device, a cutting tool is disposed to cross a part (three-dimensional shape) to specify a cutting position of the part, and a cross section of the part to be cut by the disposed cutting tool is calculated. A shape is specified with respect to this cross section by a section tool, and the cross section is worked so as to have the specified sectional shape.
