PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining structure of a tunnel used in each tunnel when an underground structure is constructed using a plurality of tunnels arranged parallel. SOLUTION: The lining structure to be used in each tunnel when the underground structure is constructed by arranging a plurality of tunnels parallel comprises a lining body LA having opening parts 10a in the positions facing other tunnels arranged adjacently, and cover members LB closing the opening parts 10a.
