发明名称 CdSe QUANTUM DOT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a CdSe quantum dot, capable of synthesizing a plurality of types of CdSe quantum dots of a uniform size through a single reaction and capable of synthesizing a CdSe quantum dot fraction of a desired size with a high reproducibility. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the CdSe quantum dot comprises steps of: mixing a Cd precursor solution with a Se precursor solution; and heating the resulting mixture at a temperature ranging from 110 to 250°C for up to 7 hr at a temperature increase rate of 0.20-0.55°C/min. The method enables synthesis of a plurality of types (2-10 types) of CdSe quantum dot fractions of a desired size through a single reaction, provided that the quantum dots have sizes of≤5 nm, a size distribution of≤5% (2.55-3.95%) and a quantum yield of 50-70%.
