According to the invention, hair-set durability of hair itself can be improved by a simple treatment procedure without imparting unnatural sense of touch to hair or damaging hair, and thus, a hair-set retention effect can be repeatedly obtained even after hair wash, and the set hairstyle can be easily returned to the original by hair wash.
