PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor and a computer program capable of securely adjusting white balance and reproducing skin color with good quality. SOLUTION: A correction signal value capturing section 1 of a skin color correction processing section 10 captures WB-corrected R<SB>1</SB>G<SB>1</SB>B<SB>1</SB>signal values, and a WB inverse correction section 2 performs inverse correction. A YCbCr conversion section 3 converts obtained R<SB>2</SB>G<SB>2</SB>B<SB>2</SB>signal values into Y<SB>1</SB>Cb<SB>1</SB>Cr<SB>1</SB>signal values. A skin color region detecting section 4 detects pixels corresponding to skin color regions. A skin color correction section 5 performs skin color correction with respect to the Y<SB>1</SB>Cb<SB>1</SB>Cr<SB>1</SB>signal values and obtains Y<SB>2</SB>Cb<SB>2</SB>Cr<SB>2</SB>signal values, and an RGB conversion section 6 converts the obtained signal values into R<SB>3</SB>G<SB>3</SB>B<SB>3</SB>signal values. A WB correction section 7 performs WB correction with respect to the R<SB>3</SB>G<SB>3</SB>B<SB>3</SB>signal values and obtains R<SB>4</SB>G<SB>4</SB>B<SB>4</SB>signal values. An output section 8 outputs the R<SB>4</SB>G<SB>4</SB>B<SB>4</SB>signal values for the pixels corresponding to the skin color regions, and the R<SB>1</SB>G<SB>1</SB>B<SB>1</SB>signals values for the pixels not corresponding to the skin color regions.
