The hollow space (8, 9, 28, 29) has a membrane (11) that can be penetrated by the screw (1) and is disposed substantially transversely to the longitudinal screw axis (Y), the membrane primarily forming a skirt (15) enclosing the thread (3) at least partially while deforming during the insertion of the screw (1).
