<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, since, heretofore, the maintenance technology of a stress improving technique by a laser and a crack inspection technique by a laser supersonic wave method is each obtained as independent apparatus, the apparatus provided at the material part as an object is enlarged, and in the case the material is located in a space to which the material shall arrive via a narrow space or a narrow passage, it takes an extremely long time for the maintenance working, and it is troublesome. <P>SOLUTION: The first laser light L1 oscillated from the first laser light source 1, emitted to a material M, and modifying the material M and the second laser light L2 oscillated from the second laser light source 6, emitted to the material M, detecting the reflection components therein and inspecting or measuring a crack at the part are emitted to the material M via a common integrated optical system 29. The first light transmitting means 3 transmits the first laser light L1 from the first laser light source 1 to the integrated optical system 29, and the second light transmitting means 8 transmits the second laser light L2 from the second laser light source 6 to the integrated optical system 29. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
