PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor with a simple configuration inexpensively with improved stability for electrical conduction. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor is provided with: a cylindrical photoreceptor tube 40, flanges 41 which are attached to openings on both ends of that photoreceptor tube and with a shaft section 41a formed projecting outside from both ends of the photoreceptor tube in the axial center position and a grounding member 42 which is provided going through the shaft section of the flanges with a first contact section 42a formed inside on an inner periphery surface of the photoreceptor tube and a second contact section 42b formed outside.
