PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for oral cavities, which promotes the secretion of IgA antibody in saliva and is excellent in an effect for preventing the formation of biofilms causing oral cavity diseases. SOLUTION: Provided are an agent for promoting the secretion of IgA in saliva, comprising (A) an aroma compound selected from cinnamic alcohol and perilla aldehyde, and (B) a nonionic surfactant selected from sucrose fatty acid esters, sorbitan fatty acid esters, and polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid esters; and the composition for the oral cavities.
