The device (1) has a spray nozzle (2) spraying fluid cleaning and/or disinfection agent in spraying angle of about 0 to 150 degrees, and directly connected with a compressed-air supply (5), a cleaning and/or disinfection agent supply (3) and a fluid supply (4). A pressure regulator for range of 0.1 to 10 barometric pressure is provided at the compressed-air supply. The fluid supply supplies deionized water, and is connected with a supply pump and a pressure reducer. The spraying angle of the spray nozzle is changed by a pressure and/or spray insert. An independent claim is also included for a method for cleaning and disinfecting a medical device in a washing chamber.
