PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily receive authentication of a mobile terminal device from a server without the input of positional information about a server or authentication information by a user. SOLUTION: In a network system provided with a server 1, a communication terminal apparatus 2 connected to the server 1 via a network 4, and a mobile terminal device 3 for performing peer-to-peer communication with the server 1 and the communication terminal apparatus 2, the mobile terminal device 3 receives authentication information and the positional information about the server 1 through the peer-to-peer communication, transmits the authentication information and the positional information to the communication terminal apparatus 2. The communication terminal apparatus 2 requests authentication of the mobile terminal device 3 to the server shown by the received positional information via the network 4, and the server 1 performs authentication of the mobile terminal device 3 on the basis of the stored authentication information.
