PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of easily preventing displacement of a plurality of tubes to collectively connect the plurality of tubes with a refrigerant tank and the like. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger 1 comprises as follows. A plurality of tubes 10, 11, 12 performing heat exchange between a medium (first medium) G flowing internally and the air (second medium) K flowing on an outer surface are arranged at a predetermined interval, an upper first protrusion 21, an upper second protrusion 22, a lower first protrusion 31, and a lower second protrusion 32 protruding to a circulation side of the air K are formed on each tube 10, 11, 12, the upper first protrusion 21 and the lower second protrusion 32 are butted against each other and the upper second protrusion 22 and the lower first protrusion 31 are butted against each other between adjacent tubes, an upper recess 23 into which the lower second protrusion 32 enters is formed in the upper first protrusion 21, and a lower recess 33 into which the lower first protrusion 31 enters is formed in the upper second protrusion 22.
