<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a raw material in an accommodating tube from being moisturized or solidified as much as possible, and to smoothly drop the raw material into liquid in a bottle by preventing the raw material from adhering to and remaining in the tube, particularly the ceiling surface of the tube, at the time of opening a cap. <P>SOLUTION: The bottle cap comprises an upper cap having the raw material accommodating tube and an opening and closing cover sealing the lower end of the same, and a lower cap having a guide tube through which the raw material accommodating tube can be inserted. The opening and closing cover has an outer circumferential wall and an engagement groove, and the raw material accommodating tube is sealed by making the lower end of the raw material accommodating tube engaged with the engagement groove. The lower end of the guide tube pushes the upper end of the outer circumferential wall at the time of opening the cap to remove the opening and closing cover and drop the raw material into the liquid in the bottle. A circular groove is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the lower end of the accommodating tube. Airtightness is kept by a bottom packing mounted on the bottom of the engagement groove of the opening and closing cover, an inner wall packing mounted on the inner circumferential surface of the outer circumferential wall of the opening and closing cover and having a protrusion engaged with the circular groove, and a sidewall packing mounted at the upper end of the outer circumferential wall of the opening and closing cover.
