摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium transition metal based compound powder material attaining both cost reduction and increases in safety, load characteristic and powder material handleability, when used as a material of a lithium secondary cell positive electrode. <P>SOLUTION: The lithium transition metal-based compound powder material used as the material of the lithium secondary cell positive electrode contains a lithium transition metal based compound functioning to allow insertion and desorption of lithium ions as a principal component. The powder material is obtained by jointly adding one or more kinds of compounds (hereafter additives 1) containing at least one or more kinds of elements (hereinafter, referred to as additive elements 1) selected from B and Bi and one or more kinds of compounds (hereinafter, referred to as additives 2) containing at least one or more kinds of elements (hereinafter, referred to as additive elements 2) selected from Mo and W to the principal component at a rate of 0.01-2 mol% in total amount of the additives 1 and 2 to the total molar rate of the transition metal element in the principal component and then burning them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
