PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shape recognition device capable of illuminating the overall circumference of an inspection object at the optimum angle from the oblique, to precisely perform a post-processing in visual inspection of parts. SOLUTION: This device comprises an illuminating part 19 illuminating around an inspection object 20 at a predetermined angle in order; a camera 11 photographing the inspection object 20 illuminated by the illuminating part 19, in this order; and an image processing means performing image processing of the image data photographed by the camera 11.
