Kimchi with a mixed sauce of sepia and soy sauce and a preparation method thereof are provided to show an anticancer effect and the acceleration of gastric juice secretion and to improve menstrual irregularity. A method for preparing Kimchi with a mixed sauce of sepia and soy sauce comprises: a first step of preserving Chinese cabbage in salt(S1); a second step of preparing sub-materials and glutinous rice(S2); a third step of mixing sepia and soy sauce to prepare a mixed sauce(S3); and a fourth step of mixing the preserved Chinese cabbage, sub-materials, glutinous rice and the mixed sauce(S4). |
