PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery endowed with high durability against vibration and shock. SOLUTION: The nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery is provided with an outer package material 6, a power generating element laminating a plurality of anodes 4 housed in the outer package material and each having an anode collector 9 and an anode active material layer formed on the surface of the anode collector, a plurality of cathodes 3 each having a cathode collector 8 and a cathode active material layer formed on the surface of the cathode collector, a separator 5 pinched by the anode active material layer and the cathode active material layer with nonaqueous electrolyte filled in, an anode terminal 2 electrically connected to each of extended parts of the anode collectors protruded from the power generating element, a cathode terminal 1 electrically connected to each of extended parts of the cathode collectors protruded from the power generating element, and an adhesive tape 7 filling a gap of the extended part of each anode collector and a gap of the extended part of each cathode collector.
