A method and a device for offering a mobile application service are provided to offer online information and contents, which are updated in real-time, to each user and group unit by making a user easily and conveniently obtain the desired information and contents. A contents extractor(220) extracts contents by connecting to a contents server corresponding to a menu ID when a contents request message including the menu ID is received from a wireless information terminal. A controller(202) selects a media player ID according to attribute of the extracted contents. The controller generates and a contents providing message including the extracted contents and the media player ID to the wireless information terminal.
