摘要 A channel filter having surface topology for filtering microparticles and a method for manufacturing the same are provided, wherein the channel filter can effectively separate microparticles from a sample solution by constructing the channel filter such that a topology having a reference height in an upward or downward direction is formed continuously or discontinuously as it is directed toward the outlet from the sample inlet. A channel filter for separating microparticles has a topology formed its surface, wherein the topology has a reference height corresponding to diameter of the microparticles. The topology is formed continuously or discontinuously. As a channel filter for sequentially separating microparticles having various sizes, the channel filter for separating the microparticles has a topology formed on its surface, wherein the topology has a reference height of which a gradient is inclined continuously or discontinuously correspondingly to diameter of the microparticles. The gradient is inclined in an upward or downward direction from an inlet into which the microparticles are injected to an outlet from which the microparticles are discharged along the moving direction of the microparticles.
