A plasma display panel is provided to reduce a noise by preventing collision between a substrate and a barrier rib through a structure change of a dielectric layer. A plasma display panel(300) includes a first substrate(301), a second substrate(302), a discharge electrode pair(305), a first dielectric layer(310), and a barrier rib(320). The first substrate is faced with the second substrate. The discharge electrode pair is arranged in an inner surface of the first substrate. The first dielectric layer covers the discharge electrode pair. The barrier rib is arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate in order to partition a discharge space. The barrier rib includes a plurality of discharge barrier rib parts(321), a plurality of outer barrier rib parts(322), an outermost barrier rib part(323), and a dummy barrier rib part(324). The outer barrier rib parts are connected to the discharge barrier rib parts. The dummy barrier rib part is separated from the outermost barrier rib part as a fixed distance.
