An interior material for impact absorption of a headliner is provided to minimize maximum impulse quantity applied to a head of a passenger by absorbing impact amount with a stepped protrusion of an impact absorbing material. An interior material for impact absorption of a headliner(100) includes a circular protrusion part(210). A plurality of cone-shaped protrusions are formed on one side of the headliner. The cone-shaped protrusions have a stepped part with a fluent curve on an outer circumference. The stepped part absorbs the impact when a passenger bumps against the wall. The stepped part is formed at least two or more. An impact absorbing member(200) includes a dug part on an low-end part. The circular protrusion part is formed on the low-end part of the impact absorbing member.
