A folding bicycle is provided to minimize the volume of a bicycle at the folded state and to carry a bicycle easily by folding front and rear wheels one over the other and rolling the wheels. A folding bicycle comprises a front frame(11) supporting a front wheel(10), a rear frame(13) supporting a rear wheel(12), and a hinge section having an inclined structure installed on an inclined frame(14) connecting the front frame and the rear frame and making the front frame and the rear frame to be bendable backward in the vertical direction, so that the rear wheel and the rear frame are bent backward in the vertical direction using the hinge portion to fold the rear wheel toward the front wheel at the overlapped state.
