<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a site monitoring system provided with a platform on which a plurality of remote services can be used, and to provide a site monitoring method and a site monitoring program. <P>SOLUTION: The site monitoring system 100 comprises: an information display terminal 1; a remote monitoring server 3; a data storage server 4; a central gateway apparatus 5; a communication network 6; site communication control apparatuses 7a, 7b; site monitoring apparatuses 8a, 8b; and connection devices 9a, 9b, 9c, 9d or the like, and the remote monitoring server 3 comprises: a remote monitoring server control section 31; a user management authentication processing section 32; an application processing section 33; a task management section 34; a facility management section 35 for conducting generation, updating or deletion or the like of tree structure data; and a data access processing section 36 or the like.
