A prestressed concrete beam with increased stiffness is provided to increase the stiffness of a prestressed concrete beam itself regardless of the increase in the eccentric distance with a tendon, and to manufacture easily and economically. A prestressed concrete beam(100) is manufactured by prestressing a concrete beam having an I-shaped cross section containing an upper flange(110), a web(120) and a lower flange(130) with a tendon(200) containing a PS steel wire installed in the longitudinal direction, wherein steel plates are buried vertically in the concrete of the web and unified with the concrete to increase the secondary moment of the entire cross section of the prestressed concrete beam.
