A component classification apparatus and an electronic component characteristic inspection classification apparatus using the same are provided to transfer components without damage to a reception box by absorbing and carrying the components. An electronic component supplied from a supply hopper(102) is loaded on a supply table unit(1). A camera/illumination unit(2) photographs the electronic component on the supply table unit. A supply P&P(Pick and Place) unit(3) absorbs the electronic component and arranges the electronic component in a predetermined position. A measurement unit(5) measures characteristics of the electronic component and generates a classification signal. A component classification unit(6) includes one or more reception box, a mesh plate, and an absorbing/discharging part. A temporary reception unit is arranged in a temporary reception position. An absorbing nozzle is formed to absorb the electronic component. A pressure control unit controls the absorbing nozzle and the absorbing/discharging part.
