MEASURING SYSTEM FOR THE END-MILL

A measuring device for a micro end mill tool is provided to prevent cost loss due to processing errors and processing failures after a cutting process, and to offer correct information of a tool state. A measuring device for a micro end mill tool includes a base(100), a tool support part(200), a front side tool measuring camera(300), a front camera support part(400), a side tool measuring camera(500), a side camera support part(600), and a laser displacement sensor(700). The base includes a front and rear transfer rail and a fixing block(120). The tool support part fixes the end mill tool on the top of the fixing block. The front side tool measuring camera is installed at a front side of the tool support part. The front camera support part installed at the top of the base supports the front side tool measuring camera. The side tool measuring camera is installed at an upper side of the end mill tool, and measure a side of the end mill tool. The side camera support part is installed at the top of the base. The laser displacement sensor measures shaft displacement according to rotation of the end mill tool.
