A rope for adhering the hand closely to the umbilicus is provided, which accelerates the metabolism of the intestine while sleeping by heating the circumference of the umbilicus. A rope for adhering the hand closely to the umbilicus comprises: a connection stick(200) which adheres closely on the back of the hand if both hands of a user pile up; hanging rings(110,120) hanging the wrist of a user and fixing it; a rope(100) which is formed to prevent the folded palm from being separated from the umbilicus; and an adjusting unit(300) which controls to prevent the hanging ring from being loosen. |
