MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR TRANSPARENT GREEN FLUORESCENCE FILM AND THE FLUORESCENT LAMP THEREOF

A method for manufacturing a transparent green phosphor film and a fluorescent lamp using the same are provided to manufacture a transparent green phosphor film having high luminance and photonic efficiency by using an acetic acid solution including lanthanum, terbium, and cerium. The lanthanum, terbium, and cerium are dissolved in an acetic acid solution. The lanthanum, terbium, and cerium are included in the acetic acid solution with a weight ratio of 10:0.5:0.5~10:3:3. A resultant solution is coated on a surface of an object for forming a phosphor film. The resultant solution is sintered at 400~560°C for 1~15 minutes. The acetic acid solution is a solution of 5~99wt%. The acetic acid solution includes a thickener and a binder. The binder intensifies an adhesive force of the phosphor film after sintering.
