A mobile phone case having embedded public transportation card and ear micro phone is provided to use public transportation and wire ear micro phone embedded in the mobile phone case without carrying the separate earphone or transportation card. An ear micro phone is built in the back of the mobile phone protect case and the ear micro phone is mounted to be capable of transmitting or receiving voice and music through the mobile phone. The backplane of the mobile phone protect case has a fixed ear micro phone line and leaf spring. The ear micro phone line is drawing out by a first pulling, and the ear micro phone line is drawing back by a second pulling or pressing a button.
