A ball-shaped object for washing a container is provided to wash the container by scratching out the residue of the inside of the container by shaking the container after putting the ball-shaped object in which a soluble solid-typed detergent is inserted, into the container. A ball-shaped object(1) for washing a container includes a main body(10) of rice grain size and a soluble solid-typed detergent(20) which is applied on the surface of the main body. A washing protrusion is formed on the whole surface of the main body. An end part is formed to a keen cone shape. The washing protrusion is formed to an embossing shape such as a cylinder or a triangle and a hexagon etc.
