A manufacturing method of a non-oriented electric steel sheet is provided to conspicuously improve the processing efficiency by including the fiber texture of the high density into the atomic arrangement of the particles comprising the board material. A manufacturing method of a non-oriented electric steel sheet comprises: a step of thermal processing metal plate made of iron or iron alloy under the reductive gas atmosphere and at temperature in which austenite(gamma) phase is stable while preventing the surface oxidation of the metal plate; and a step of performing the phase-transformation diversifying the heat-treated metal plate to the ferritic phase(alpha). The thermal processing step includes a step of controlling the dew point under the pre-baking reductive gas atmosphere. |
