A method for extracting an active ingredient of plant with solvent and a cosmetic composition containing a nano emulsion particle having plant extract are provided to enhance the effect and have excellent skin stability. A method for extracting plant extract with natural glacier water comprises: a step of putting glacier water in plant and filtering with vacuum concentrate device and a step of adding glacier water, stirring for two hours at room temperature, filtering and drying in vacuum oven. The plant is schizophyllum commune, ganoderma lucidum, agaricus, lentinus edodes, sclerotium-forming microorganism, yeast, barley, papaya, green tea, coffee, strawberry, grape, red bean, cacao, bean, ginseng, pimento, bearberry, potatoes, avocado or Phellodendri Cortex.
